This rural centre of offices and workshops has its access off the A21.
The units on the site are let out on an annual self-renewing licence for a minimum six month period, subject to annual fee reviews and an initial refundable deposit of 1 month's fee. Some units have incorporated toilet facilities and there are communal on-site facilities. The licence fee is inclusive of water, with electricity being charged according to individual metered usage. The site has the benefit of access to broadband services. N.B. VAT is payable at 17.5% on the fee and the electricity.
With a working population of 78 people; 35% of these travelling less than 5 miles to work, we try to encourage local as well as international tenants.
