Offices, Workshops and Warehousing in a Rural Environment

Vinehall Business Centre has a range of offices, workshops and storage units in old agricultural buildings. It was established in 1991. There are forty two units with a total of 78 people working on a seven and a half acre site.

The units are on the site are let out on an annual self-renewing licence for a minimum six month period, subject to annual fee reviews and an initial refundable deposit of 1 month's fee. The licence fee is inclusive of water, with electricity being charged according to individual metered usage. The site has the benefit of access to broadband services.

The centre is situated 3 miles of south Robertsbridge on the junction of the A21 and the B2089 (Rye) road.
